Raspberries and peaches have long been one of my favorite food combinations. Short & sweet, this is delicious! I used macadamia nut milk for this one, and I’m glad I did.
Peach Melba Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup milk, any kind
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1-2 Tbsp honey, maple, or agave syrup
- A pinch of salt
- ½ a ripe peach cut into pieces
- A large handful of raspberries
- A small handful of sliced almonds
The evening before you want to eat overnight oats, combine ½ cup of the milk with the oats, yogurt, honey, and sea salt in a jar or bowl. Cover and allow to chill overnight.
The next morning, stir and add the peaches, raspberries, almonds, more milk, and honey if you like.
So light, filling, healthy, and delicious!
